Late Arrival & Cancellation Policy
Running late? Call us as soon as you can. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your visit.
Need to cancel? Let us know at least 72 hours before your appointment when possible. This helps us offer the appointment time to another patient.

Which location should I choose for dental care?
For routine checkups, cleanings, and fluoride treatments, either our O'Neill or Almaguer clinic can see you. If you need fillings or tooth extractions, please schedule at our O'Neill Clinic.
Does Medi-Cal cover dental visits?
Yes! Medi-Cal Dental covers comprehensive services for children and adults, including checkups, cleanings, fillings, and extractions. Our staff can help verify your benefits when you call.
What if I don't have dental insurance?
You can still receive care! We offer a Sliding Fee Scale program based on income and family size, as well as reduced-cost options so that quality dental care remains within your reach.
