- Have Your Account Number Ready: When calling or paying by mail, please reference the Account Number listed on the top right of your statement.
- Mailing Payments: Always include the bottom payment coupon with your check or money order to ensure fast and accurate processing.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I pay my bill using the Healow mobile app?
No. Online payment functionality is currently only available by logging into our official Health Portal website. Payments cannot be processed through the Healow app at this time.
What payment methods are accepted when paying in person or by phone?
We accept cash (in-person only) as well as all major debit and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express) both over the phone and at any UCHC clinic front desk.
How do I make a payment by mail?
Make your check or money order payable to ‘Universal Community Health Center’, include the bottom coupon from your billing statement, and mail it to:
