Late Arrival & Cancellation Policy
Running late? Call us as soon as you can. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your visit.
Need to cancel? Let us know at least 72 hours before your appointment when possible. This helps us offer the appointment time to another patient.

What is Family PACT, and how do I sign up?
Family PACT is a California program that covers family planning services, birth control, and STI testing for eligible low-income residents. Our staff at UCHC can help you apply in person during your visit.
What happens if I have an abnormal Pap smear?
An abnormal result does not mean you have cancer. Our providers will walk you through your results and schedule a visit in our Colposcopy Clinic for a detailed, gentle evaluation.
What is the CPSP program for pregnant patients?
The Comprehensive Perinatal Services Program (CPSP) is a Medi-Cal benefit that provides extra care during pregnancy, including nutrition support, health education, and social work services from conception through 60 days after birth.
